What is The Facilitator Deep Dive Program?
A certificate program specifically for Climate Café Facilitators
The Climate Café Facilitator Deep Dive Program is designed to support our members who are committed to diving deeply to increase their knowledge, capacity, understanding, and confidence in their skills as Climate Café Facilitators.
The 6-month pilot program will offer personalized, in-depth learning through small groups led by experienced mentors. These “Diving Groups” will meet monthly to integrate best practices, co-facilitator options, considerations of complicated group moments, and support for facilitators as they relate to their own emotions while facilitating cafés for others.
The Facilitator Deep Dive Program specifically focuses on the unique position of group facilitators in climate-emotion support groups, preparing facilitators to hold Climate Cafés for the public on the new CPA-NA Climate Café platform.
